Performance Improvement (Behavioural Safety/Safety Culture)

Vita Safety has a specialist team assisting clients to continually improve health and safety performance. We help you to develop bespoke behavioural safety approaches and techniques that are proven to work.

The performance improvement team is led by Managing Director, Ian Hutchings. Ian has proven experience of developing and delivering many behavioural safety projects both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to delivering these tailored services for Vita Safety, Ian worked as a project manager and consultant for DuPont Safety Resources, delivering behavioural safety and safety leadership projects for many medium to large global clients.
