Northwest Businesses visit the Olympic Park
A group of Northwest businesses recently attended a visit to the Olympic Park which was organised by the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA). During the visit, businesses had the opportunity to hear presentations and meet with representatives from the ODA Supply Chain Team and several main contractors that are building venues for the London 2012 Games.
The visit was also attended by Vanda Murray OBE, Deputy Chair of NWDA, Anne Thompson, Sector Leader for Sport and Russell McGrath, Growth Team Manager, Business Link Northwest.
