Vita Safety has a specialist health & safety training & consulting team assisting clients to continually improve health and safety performance. Our behavioural safety training will help you to develop bespoke behavioural safety approaches and techniques that are proven to work.

The performance improvement team is led by Managing Director, Ian Hutchings. Ian has proven experience of developing and delivering many behavioural safety projects both in the UK and internationally and has a wide knowledge of behavioural safety training in the workplace.

Prior to delivering these tailored services for Vita Safety, Ian worked as a project manager and consultant for DuPont Safety Resources, delivering behavioural safety training and safety leadership projects for many medium to large global clients.
