Management Coaching

Whether you go to management school or not, the skills required to lead and manage safety are not always acquired.  Sending people on standard training courses can only achieve so much and it can miss opportunities for individual learning and development.  Our approach to management coaching includes:

  • assessment to identify both the company’s and individual’s development needs;
  • creation of a coaching programme and the expected benefits for the company and individual;
  • periodic face-to-face meetings, including walk outs on premises or sites to develop safety leadership skills;
  • coaching all levels of leaders, not just those in management positions.  As those who have more direct influence, such as supervisors or team leaders, can have an ongoing impact on your culture.
  • Allotted ‘telephone surgery’ to discuss issues as they arise;
  • Review at management meetings to discuss the programme and make upgrades on performance.
