We do not see behaviour as separate from robust business safety management.  It is part and parcel of an effective safety management system.  Focusing on behaviour (as well as systems) allows you to develop and encourage competence and leadership in you and your workforce. 

We do not offer behavioural safety services when these may be detrimental to more pressing risk issues.  Complimentary behavioural services can include:

• culture reviews and improvement planning;
• behavioural leadership skills;
• tailored behavioural audit tools and techniques;
• implementation of systems to capture behavioural data from audits;
• ongoing support and reviews to sustain improvements.
