We will work with you to develop a health and safety management system from scratch, or review and upgrade your existing system.  We do not do this in isolation and aim to involve representatives from your company to aid understanding and to make sure that it works.

The only true test of a good safety management system is whether or not it reflects the behaviours in the business.  It can be a waste of your time and money if it is not effective in managing risk.

• gap analysis against known models such as OHSAS 18001, ILO etc;
• development of strategy, policy and principles statements;
• training people in standard and procedure production;
• embedding an effective cycle of management, such as plan-do-check-review;
• developing your ‘loop-closing’ approaches to incident investigation and system audit.
