Vanderlande Industries were looking for organisations to complement our internal resources and to work with us on a behavioural change programme. Having outlined our requirements we undertook a detailed review of several companies and Vita were chosen based on their open and flexible approach and ability to engage with our team at all levels within the organisation. We had a collaborative approach to developing the training package which allowed discussion and integration of ideas and Vita encouraged our active involvement allowing us maintain ownership over the programme to be delivered. We also had another company working with us on a high profile launch event and Vita actively engaged with this company to ensure that the whole programme was joined up.

Our training was focussed on managers and supervisors and it was important to us that our team felt able to discuss issues openly and establish personal plans for improvement that recognised their individuality and current point on the behavioural safety journey. Ian and John established a good rapport with the team and positive feedback has been provided by our managers and supervisors which highlighted the thought provoking approach taken and the enthusiasm of even the most reluctant participants to actively engage with their teams to drive a positive safety culture.
