Vita Safety is proud to celebrate almost ten years of collaboration with One Education, supporting schools and trusts to strengthen health, safety and wellbeing across the sector.
One Education is a trusted partner supporting schools, trusts, communities and families to improve children’s outcomes. Driven by a commitment to educational excellence for every child, they deliver tailored, specialist services that allow organisations to thrive within an ever-changing educational landscape.
Over the years, our partnership has grown through practical, people-centred support, from delivering compliance audits and management reports for schools to advising on policy, risk, and safety leadership for trusts across the North West. Our teams have also collaborated on multi-academy trust projects, strengthening governance and operational safety through shared insight and expertise.
One of our key collaborations with One Education is the delivery of termly Health and Safety Training. Through our partnership, Vita Safety provides valuable training to school leaders and staff on a wide range of key topics including fire safety, premises health and safety, and risk assessments to name a few.
If you are a current service agreement holder with One Education HR and People, you can benefit from a discounted agreement with Vita Safety as well as access to termly Health and Safety training facilitated by our partners at One Education. You can be assured that these training events are carefully tailored to the education sector, reflecting the strategic and day-to-day challenges faced by schools and academies.
In addition to service agreements and training, Vita Safety have also been guest speakers at both the One Education HR Circle and Business Manager conference, where we have provided expert advice and guidance on health and safety challenges that school leaders face. These platforms are exclusive to education leaders, providing a dedicated space for senior professionals to explore emerging sector developments.
