Vita Safety is underpinning its commitment to quality and customer service by implementing an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with the objective of achieving accreditation by the end of March 2018.
Managing Director, Ian Hutchings explained that whilst there is no significant client pressure to implement the quality management system, it is the right thing to do for our customers, colleagues and supply chain. This reinforces our commitment to quality and customer service as a core value. We are partnering with UKAS accredited Alcumus ISOQAR because of their location, industry experience and we wanted to undergo audits with a UKAS accredited provider, rather than just paying for a badge. We want the quality management system to add value not detract from our business.
